I miss JunDi so I made an MV using Screen Caps from Boys Over Flowers showing all the times that Goo Jun Pyo rescued Geum Jandi from every difficult situation.
(Even in real life, Lee Min Ho saved Goo Hye Sun during a car accident back in February 2009..He's truly a knight in shining armor for a damsel in distress)
QOOK TV did a survey on 500 people aged 20~30 on the best drama kiss scenes from dramas after 2000. And the results were revealed on 11th June.
And the kiss scene between Han Kyul (Gong Yoo) and Eun Chan (Yoon Eun Hye) in the drama Coffee Prince aired in 2007 was chosen as the best kissing scene.
2nd went to the kiss scene between Goo Jun Pyo (Lee Min Ho) and Geum Jandi (Goo Hye Sun) in the recent drama Boys Over Flowers.
3rd goes to the the kiss scene between Moo Hyuk (So Ji Sub) and Eun Chae (Im Soo Jung) in the drama ‘Sorry, I Love You

Two years ago, Yun Sun was diagnosed with "malignant lymph condition" and was not able to participate in the entrance ceremony for elementary school. After two years of harsh medical treatment, Yun Sun was finally able to start her second grade at a regular school. Her parents' worries settled down when Yun Sun adjusted very well to her school and even gained high popularity among her peers.
Yun Sun's wish is to become an entertainer/actress one day and recently her most favorite drama to watch has been BOF with her two favorite actors, LMH and GHS.Yun Sun loved the drama so much that she would at times act out some of the scenes. To make her wish come true, the volunteers of the Make Your Wish arranged for Yun Sun to visit the set of BOF and to meet Goo Jun Pyo and Geum Jan Di.
At first, Yun Sun was very shy in the BOF set and could not even lift her head to speak. However, as soon as she was thrown a surprise birthday party by the volunteers and was sung a Happy Birthday song by her two favorite two stars of BOF, she broke into a sunshine of laughter and easily became comfortable.
"Unni, Oppa, you both are so pretty and cool in real life." and Yun Sun presented the two actors with her own drawings of their portraits. "Wow, they really look like us. You did a great job!" "So, how can I become an actress?"
"You first have to become very strong so that you can do the difficult filming. So, just get stronger everyday."
Yun Sun had a dream-come-true nice time talking with the stars of BOF and she even received a BOF CD as well as a signed poster.

As promised, here is Part 2 of my summary for "Jun Pyo Always to the Rescue"
7. JP defied his mother’s order of not leaving the car to be with JD who was in the streets selling rice crackers. It was a clear declaration of his love for JD but JD continuously discouraged JP from coming to her rescue and let her courageously overcome the obstacles.
8. JP went to the kidnappers’ hideout alone as demanded by the mastermind and got badly beaten for JD’s sake. This scene apparently showed that it was JD who saved JP by taking the blow from the impact of the crashing chair intended for JP. (This later turned out to be the cause of JD’s shoulder injury and the reason for her early retirement from swimming.)
9. JP escaped his mother’s guards to return back to the ski resort to rescue JD after learning that JD went to the mountains to look for the missing necklace despite the snowstorm. It was touching to see JP carry JD on his back to look for shelter and later shed off his shirt and jacket and endured the cold to keep JD from dying of hypothermia.
10. JP rescued JD while struggling in the water due to her shoulder injury after she retrieved the necklace that she accidentally dropped in the pool. JD was surprised that JP can already swim since he still can’t while they were in Caledonia. JP later disclosed that he purposely tried to overcome his childhood trauma and learned how to swim so he can come to her rescue when needed.
11. JP’s unexpected recovery from his selective amnesia was triggered by JD’s dramatic attempt to bring him back to his senses by jumping into pool. JP’s momentary shock brought back images of JD struggling in seawater in Caledonia/resort which finally made him jump into the water to rescue JD. This was much to Yumi’s dislike. (Hmm...All’s well that ends well.)
I will never tire to watch BOF over and over again...part of JunDi's sweet moments that really made an impression on me are the moments when Jun Pyo rushed to protect and rescue Jandi.
I will also never cease to feed my BOF addiction and continue to make MinSun/JunDi summaries. Here's Part I (1-6) of these rescue scenes:
A Knight in Shining Armour To the Rescue of a Damsel in Distress
1. Seeing JD’ nose bleed after getting hit by a ball first softened JP. He tried to wipe away the blood with his handkerchief but she rejected the gesture and blurted out her extreme dislike for JP’s personality.
2. JP saved JD from being exposed in secretly “stalking” JH and SJ during the intimate moment. He played along with JD to make it appear that they were together at that time and were actually on their way to go somewhere else.
3. JP took the heartbroken JD in his home after getting too drunk and vomited on his very costly suit. With the help of F3, he was also able to conceal JD’s real identity from his mother’s persistent probing.
4. JP intervened in the harsh bullying and physical harm brought by the students on JD due to the video “scandal” fabricated by her friend. He brought her again to his home to personally attend to her cuts and bruises. (It was heart-warming to see JP looking at JD with affection and giving her a kiss on the head while she was sleeping.)
5. JP came to JD’s defense while she was being verbally harassed by the 3 mean girls with their boyfriends at the restaurant after she got exposed from asking for the seafood leftovers to take home to her family.
6. JP had beaten Ga Eul’s boyfriend Soo Pyo after finally losing his temper when SP degraded JD and suggested that they look for better-looking girls at the bar. JD being clueless of what really happened even blamed JP for his heroic actions.
After watching a multiple Korean dramas in the past, it is a general observation that a story wouldn’t be completely romantic (aside from the Kissing Scenes, of course) without the male protagonist carrying his love interest in a rescue scene or merely as an expression of affection.
Here is my summary of the “Carry Jandi” scenes from JunDi moments in Boys Over Flowers:(Too bad, I’m still missing a couple of photos which captured the last 2 moments.)
1. Scoop-Lift 1:
JP rescued JD from the wrath of the Shinwa students due to a fabricated scandal about JD.
2. Shoulder-Lift:
JP playfully carried JD on his shoulders having enough of her funny antics while learning how to play golf. (I totally love this one!)
3. Piggy-Back Ride 1 & Scoop-Lift 2:
JP was compelled by JD to join the “carry your gf/bf” contest with the goal of winning a couple phone. As seen in JP’s expression, he had a hard time carrying JD . On the other, JD obviosuly enjoyed it.
4. Piggy-Back Ride 2:
JP rescued JD from freezing to death while searching for the missing “moon-star” necklace.
5. Scoop-Lift 3:
JP saved JD from drowning after retrieving the “moon-star” necklace from the bottom of the pool at JK’s resort.

JP carried his “personal maid”JD to her room after falling asleep in his closet while hiding from JK.
I am absolutely amused with GHS’s account in their previous interview on how LMH had a hard time carrying her and committing a lot of NGs in the aforecited scenes. It is interesting to read MinSun’s comical exchange of teasing about these NGs. They certainly feel comfortable in each other’s company and have no hesitation about making fun of each other. LMH wittingly defends himself about why he can’t carry her properly.

The PD wanted something passionate so I did as he wanted. But it was too much (energy/passionate) so it was blacked out, cant see anything (laughs). There were many NGs. PD said softer but I opened my mouth and the kiss became too deep, then NG again. <<<>
问：拍KISS镜头前会做点什么吗？比如刷牙吃点东西，或者拍前练习啦。 What preparations did you do before filming the kiss? Like brushing your teeth, eating something or practising it before the take? 答；哈哈，练习对象没有，所以练习不了（笑)。拍KISS镜头前，和具MM开玩笑说我们去喝点大蒜营养品吧。结果我们还是做了刷牙漱口的准备，我想这也是对对方尊重吧。不过也只做了这些准备。 MH:Haha, no one to practise on so didn’t rehearse. (laughs) Before the kiss scene, I joked with Hyesun we should drink something nutritious [sorry not too sure if it’s right here]. Finally we just brushed and rinsed our mouths. 答； 有很多KISS镜头，和当初比起来是拍的时候不会那么的紧张了。但是因为要表现出初恋的那种刻骨动情的画面是下了很大的功夫。因为具惠善的头一动就会被看 成是老手，所以一点都不能动。我也是不能对丝草有一点KISS老手的感觉。所以KISS镜头也要配合当时的心情感觉来演，很困难。 MH: It of course got better as the series went by, as we got more comfortable. But because we had to maintain the feeling that we were each other’s first loves who went through alot, we could not look too used to kissing each other. Even if Hyesun’s head moved a little while I kiss her, it would look too “pro” (sorry I cant think of a better word). So we had to maintain the first love awkwardness even after so many kiss scenes. <<<<>
问；[公园里的KISS镜头]是很有名的，可以作为这不电视剧的最佳镜头吗？ The playground kiss is very well-known and memorable. Can it be considered the best scene of the drama? 答；这部剧有很多明画面，不能去选。一点要选的话还是最后结束部分吧，大家看了就知道了。 俊表在知道父亲去世，为了继承家业去了澳门，如果是我的话，我不会去。如果没有去的话，和丝草就更快有了快乐结局。如果不得不去澳门的话，我也会带上丝草一起去的。
MH: There were many memorable scenes. I can’t say which is best. I think the best scenes were near the ending, as the audience can see. Junpyo had to go to Macau to take over his father’s business, if it were me, I wouldn’t have gone. Then there would have been a happy ending with Jandi earlier. I would also have brought Jandi with me if there really was no choice.

During the end of the show (BOF), Hyesun apparently drew on another mirror and it is a Geum Jandi figure which she drew...
And guess what? the same mirror is also Min Ho's... he's using it during his 1st Dunkin Donuts CF and there was no drawing on it yet... It's impossible that he just borrowed it from Hye Sun since she was not in that CF...
Seems like it's really Hye Sun who drew it because number one, the doodles just keep on piling up on the first mirror and the second mirror had like a really big picture during the farewell photos and i guess they would not have taken a photo if it was not significant...
----------------- And there's Mirror #3 too but no more drawing. It's unlikely to make one due to its size and material..besides HS seems busy (below) to make another drawing. ;)
